Is there a charge for a quote?
It depends on the job. Many requests can be quoted from photos; others need a site visit. If the visit has a cost, we always tell you before booking it.
Do I need to be there?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients live abroad. We agree access to the property with you (keys, key box or code) and confirm once the job is done.
Who is Leonor?
Leonor is our virtual assistant on WhatsApp. She takes requests at any time, asks the necessary questions and organises the information for the team. Visits, quotes and decisions are always confirmed by a member of our team.
Who does the work?
Our own teams, Rodrigues & Cardoso for building work, and local partners we select for each specialty. Whoever does the job, you always deal with one contact: Montiel.
Do you handle urgent requests?
Tell us on WhatsApp that it is urgent. We check which teams are available and reply with the best possible solution for your case.
Can I book regular maintenance?
Yes. Cleaning, pool and garden can be done as often as you agree with us: weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Portuguese or French, by message or voice note. Dutch is coming soon.
Which areas do you cover?
The Algarve: Lagos, Portimão, Lagoa, Albufeira, Loulé, Faro and the surrounding areas. If your property is somewhere else, tell us where and we will confirm.
